Founder Integrity Statement
At Lee Lees Life Lessons™ and through the Let Us Play™ methodology, our work is rooted in integrity, compassion, and a deep respect for the human experience.
As the founder, I recognize that my work is shaped not only by formal education and professional training, but also by lived experience, personal growth, and reflection. Like all individuals, I have navigated challenges, made mistakes, and evolved over time. I do not present myself as perfect—but as committed.
I am committed to showing up with honesty, humility, and accountability in all that I offer.
My credentials include a Master of Science in Metaphysical Studies (MSc), a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Administration, certification in Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP), and training as a Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP). My work is grounded in evidence-informed principles of well-being, including Positive Psychology and the PERMA-V framework, while also honoring the role of meaning, connection, and personal transformation.
All programs, workshops, and materials offered through Let Us Play™ are educational and supportive in nature. They are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or clinical care. I do not diagnose, treat, or provide therapy. Participants are always encouraged to seek appropriate licensed support when needed.
I am committed to maintaining clear professional boundaries, practicing within my scope, and creating environments that are respectful, inclusive, and trauma-aware.
Growth is a lifelong process. I remain dedicated to ongoing learning, ethical practice, and continuous self-reflection—so that I may serve others with care, responsibility, and integrity.
At the heart of this work is a simple belief:
Healing is an ongoing process of growth, self-awareness, and intentional engagement with one’s life.
