A passionate traveler and storyteller at heart, Tricia splits her time between the energetic pulse of New York City and the coastal charm of Pine Knoll Shores, NC. Her life reflects a beautiful harmony of adventure and groundedness—values that align seamlessly with our mission of healing and joyful living.

Tricia is the proud mother of her daughter Ivey, devoted "grandmother" to King Charles Spaniel Bailey, and loving mother to her furry companion, King Charles Spaniel Gracie.
